I'm Katja, your personal contact person in Mallorca!
As a sole proprietor, I deliberately chose not to work with an anonymous large agency. Why? Because managing a high-end property is a matter of absolute trust. With me, you won't have constantly changing staff, but rather me as a dedicated partner who knows your property inside and out.
Thanks to my years of experience in customer and guest service, and my fluency in German, English, and Spanish, I encounter no barriers here in Mallorca and have built up a strong and extensive network over 18 years on the island. I negotiate with local tradespeople as equals, handle bureaucratic details, and communicate transparently with you in your native language. Discretion, punctuality, absolute reliability, and attention to detail are the foundation of my work.
